Return Policy

Unused products can be returned for a refund for up to 90 days after purchase. The goods must be returned ‘as new’ in their original packaging including all tags, labels etc. Goods received back in any condition other than ‘as new’ will be returned back to you. Your refund will include the full value of the returned items less the cost of carriage from us to you. Customers are responsible for the shipping costs of returning an item.

Please note that scrub hats, socks, face masks, embroidered and special orders cannot be returned.

Exchanges:

How It Works: Need a different size or colour? Simply return your original item and place a new order for the desired item.

Special Orders: All customised and special orders cannot be returned or exchanged.

 

Sale Items:

Refund Only: Sale items are eligible for a refund within 14 days of receipt, but exchanges are not available.

 

When will I receive my refund?

If item is returned in new condition within 90 days, with proof of purchase (i.e., your packing slip) and the item(s) have not been worn, washed or embroidered, you will receive a full refund for the cost of the product, based on your original payment method (i.e., check or credit card) less shipping charges.

Shipping charges are non-refundable, we have to pay couriers! If you do not have a packing slip or original order number, call us at 02032 875990 and we will search for your order information. If you placed your order with a credit card, the credit will be posted to your credit card account the day we process your return.

Please note it can take your the bank between 7-10 working days to action this refund. If you ordered by check, your refund check will be sent to you via Royal Mail.
